How long does it take for my benchsaw or logsplitter to be dispatched?
i. The team at RAPTOR endeavours to dispatch your order the next business day after your order is placed.
ii. Delivery anywhere within Australia should be expected within 2 weeks of your order.
iii. For custom requirements or fast deadlines please “CONTACT US” to make sure we can meet your requirements.
iv. If your order will be delayed due to stock availability we will notify you as soon as we are aware.
Are your Benchsaws Australian Made?
i. A: Yes, All Raptor Benchsaw’s are manufactured, powder coated & assembled in Australia using genuine Aussie parts.
ii. Raptor’s logsplitters are designed for Australian hardwood and are imported as complete units for distribution.
Does my order need assembling once it arrives?
Your order is packed for efficient transport and there is minor assembly of your new benchsaw or logsplitter required when it arrives to you.
What will be the shipping cost?
i. A: Benchsaws $350 & Logsplitters $150 for WA, SA, NSW & VIC.
ii. Benchsaws $400 & Logsplitters $250 for QLD, TAS & NT
iii. Shipping will be added to your order at checkout.
iv. Bulk orders of 4 items or more will receive free shipping Australia Wide
